- 1 / 5By D CJust canceled a reservation for 3 days less than 24 hours from making them and more than 48 hours before the date lady on the phone tells me tell her why and she'll decide weather to give me a credit off my depis it.This was not ever explained or I would never have made them. They have plenty of time to rebook they have no clue about building return locality. Shame on any business that keeps folks hard earned money when they have the integrity to call and inform them in an expedited manner. When we do come to use our credit it will be hard not to share this story to anyone who is not were sted in our opinion. Just be sure to ask lots of questions to get their return policy Cleary stated before booking your reservation.October 15, 2016
